Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Studio Pachita, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our pieces and the satisfaction of our customers. We take great care in inspecting and packing every order to the highest standards. While we do not offer returns or exchanges on items delivered in perfect condition, we are here to help if things don't go as planned.

Our Promise on Shipping & Damages We take full responsibility for your order's safe arrival. We ship through trusted, insured partners, but in the rare event that a piece is lost or damaged during its journey, you are completely covered. We will ensure a full refund or replacement, so you can shop with confidence.

 



Eligibility for a Return or Exchange

 

We are happy to accept a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The item you received was damaged during transit.
  • You received a product that does not match your order confirmation.
  • The item has a genuine and significant manufacturing defect.

The Beauty of Handcrafted Items Our collection celebrates the unique character of artisanal goods. Please embrace the qualities that make each piece special:

  • Handmade Nature: Our items are not machine-made. Minor and beautiful imperfections in color, texture, polish, and shape are a natural part of the creative process and are not considered defects. These variations are the signature of the artisan's hand
  • Wooden Products: Solid wood may naturally develop fine lines or adapt over time with changes in climate. This is an organic process that adds to the piece's character


Conditions for Return

 

To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following conditions in mind:

  • Timeline: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact our Customer Care team with any concerns within 3 business days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products purchased during a Sale are considered final.
  • Delivery Issues: We are not able to process returns for orders that could not be delivered after three attempts due to an incorrect address or if the delivery was refused by the recipient. Re-dispatching the order will incur additional shipping charges.


How to Initiate a Return

 

Step 1: Contact Our Care Team If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Action Required: Email us with your order number, clear photographs of the product, and a complete, un-interrupted unboxing video. This video is mandatory to help us quickly assess the issue and process your claim.

Step 2: Our Review Our team will carefully review your request and respond with a solution within 7 business days.

Step 3: Resolution

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at our expense. If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to ship the item back to us.
  • Upon receiving the item in its original condition, we will ship a replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method. In the rare case that the same product is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund.
  • Please allow up to 21 business days for the entire return, exchange, or refund process to be completed from the day you first report the issue.
